Well a little introduction. My name is Beckie,I am married to a great guy and have two little darlings 9 and nearly 2. I was a shopaholic and have managed to stop myself spending what we dont have-was mainly addicted to Next Directory to which I now owe £1200 to so not good  I live in middle of countryside but only 1 hour from London and am fanatical about the chickens I keep.
Sorry type gone all itallics and I dont know how to undo:rotfl: so am off now

Regards debt free dates, think about the alternative. Paying minimum payments and never quite paying that debt off? Even increasing the debt even more. Going on a DMP is a way of dealing with that problem and at least seeing an end. Yes you may end up with ccjs/charging orders but at least you've pulled your head out of the sand!DMP mutual support thread No: 2430

We'll never know if our creditors will take the charging Order route or not, but I reckon we just do what we're doing and worry about it IF it ever happens. I'd have thought, and I'm no expert, but if you have no equity what's the point of securing a loan to the property, doesn't make sense.unless I've misunderstood what a Charging Order is, think it's just a secured loan!?!
Let's all try and keep positive, I know I've been a bit of a miserable mare on here this weekend;) , but tomorrow is a new day and what will be will be, just remember we're all in the same boat and know that we have each other for support.
take care guys

Hi WF:j
I had a phone appointment with CCCS last Tuesday (17th) and was told that all the paperwork was being sent to me for signing, and I've still not received, I did check that it had been sent & they assure me it has. I suspect they are so busy that they have a slight backlog maybe.I would give them a call to see whether they have sent anything yet.
With regards to token payments etc, MNM:A posted a fab letter on here approx 1 week ago to send with your payments.
Good luck and keep posting so we know how you're getting on.:D
