Today I spent £34 (£34 for the hard of hearing) on a Rosle meat thermometer. I need assistance from graduates of the Sarahb school of justification to explain why other than I adore it!! Apparently it is 18C in my flat without the need for heating.
Yesterday I donated the recommended £75 to WillAid, especially bargainous since the solicitors normally charge £150+VAT for their will writing service. :money:Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
The justification is that you really like it ! As long as its not going to mean you loose your house then I think that bit of controled shopping is allowed0

I am confident Sarahb offer you a lecturer postition with that standard of justification. Keep it simple! :TDeclutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Hi Firefox, I have been reading up on your diary, glad that Noah is still keeping you on your toes! They tend do do that without even thinking don't they!!
Anyway, thought i'd pop in and say that (regarding the justification)...if you think about it, buying a cheaper one means that you have to buy more often, therefore in the long run spending more money. Plus the fact that you adore it releases feel good hormones which of course is good for your health. Therefore not only is it an investment, but its GOOD FOR YOU!!!Pay £15k by Xmas10 £1478.19/£15000[STRIKE]24/07/09[/STRIKE] present - loan - £8550 overdraft#1 - [STRIKE]£2516.87[/STRIKE] £0 credit card - [STRIKE]£1210 [/STRIKE] £0TOTAL - [STRIKE]£12276.87[/STRIKE] £9133.63:T0 -

Spent three hours today sorting out the flat, and feel better for it ... tidy, house tidy mind! Loads more to do but surprisingly busy this week: going to a sale day at Debenhams tomorrow, and onto Sainsbury to do my fortnightly shop and spend my Nectar vouchers on energy saving halogens (seven blown at present!), possibly a run in the evening (tho I have a sore throat ). Thursday I should be at a meeting representing our voluntary organisation, Friday I am at a mini conference all day, then next Tuesday I have been booked for my first focus group to earn £60 in cash! :j
Mildly concerned I will be unemployed come January when my immediate manager returns from maternity leave. Technically I am still on a temporary contract - I refused to go permanent in the summer as work has been such a nightmare. My colleague has now been offered permanent full-time which may be because he has taken on some of the basic admin tasks after out useless admin assistant left OR he may have been offered my hours! Looked into benefits today (be prepared) and I wouldn't be much worse off.
Chosen my next laptop as I my current Fujitsu-Siemens has so many minor faults, and am looking at a Sony for the superior build quality, twice as much memory, Windows 7 instead of Vista. As it's £350 less than my maximum budget I may also purchase some speakers so I can listen to music again! :cool:Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
