Just bunged the chicken in the oven, rendered the fat out of some excess bits of skin first so the potatoes have been coated in that. :T Put the juice of one wrinkly lemon in the stuffing, and found half a mini bottle of red wine in the fridge so that's going in the gravy.

Been to Pets at Home, Home Bargains, Poundland and Wilkinsons today looking at cat stuff but haven't bought anything as yet. Some cool toys in the pet shop but they were £4 each and I need loads as the cat will be bored stuck indoors!:eek:

Completed a survey for GlobalTestMarket and hit 1000 points; have placed an order for a cheque of approximately £30! :beer: Had to do the survey twice as it didn't register the first time, but well worth the effort.

I really should do more surveys. I'm thinking of having a month where I concentrate on making extra money before Christmas. Any ideas of the most efficient ways gratefully accepted!

have just found your diary & thought I'd pop in to say hello.

Yay for inspection pass :j our little kitty is 'meant' to be shut in one room for the first 2 days .. but is much happier lying on the rug while I type. You wont regret swapping man for cat .

As to lemons ..... slice & then pop them in a glass, add some ice cubes & good slosh of gin then top up with tonic then sit back & look forward to new stage in life with endless opportunities

The plot thickens, Minka the older cat is no longer on the Cats Protection website! They said they were doing another indoor homecheck this weekend, but that's pretty fast work ...

I have been really slack around the house lately, no laundry for two weeks for example. Yesterday I did washing up, clean clothes, Mr. Fire Fox did a spot of extreme window cleaning (Google extreme ironing) and I made stock from the corn fed chicken. Today is chicken mushroom and barley soup, more washing up, more laundry and some serious vacuuming. Keeps me off the streets! :rolleyes:
