Ive got a plan pass the fancy kitchen stuff up to me (in Scotland) hell never find it and then you can have it back (i have no use for fancy kitchen stuff, fancy clothes though...)

My new GP wants me to try counselling which I had before when Dan was killed, it was pointless as I know my own mind really well. She also seems to think I am about to do something silly as she was very reluctant to give me my usual two month prescription, and has post-dated the one she did give me. :rolleyes: Talk about stereotyping! At the end of the day I have my flat, I have money in the bank and the cat will sort me out.

Yeah I kinda like the name Noah as well; think my dad will not be impressed as he doesn't like cats and he is about as non-religious as you can get! Noah won't be here until Mr. Fire Fox goes, but I may visit him in the foster home.

Something to look forward to. Have you been managing to get any exercise? I'm really finding going for a short walk every day is helping me feel a bit better. It helps me get my head straight and be a bit more positive.
