ahhh..........
ok
:idea:0 -
Will try the reboot and see what happens, perhaps the full scan will remove elements that the quick scan missed0

Have rebooted and it seems to have gone, however if I try to go to the Internet to download AVG or anything anti-spam or anti-virus related it immediately shuts the programme down.
May have to download it onto my laptop and put on a disc to use on the computer.0 -
Post a HijackThis log as mentioned above.0

Try using FIREFOX to download things (if it will let you)
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
if not then reboot and keep hitting the F8 key until the option screen comes up.
Select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING to get whatever programs you need (Though make sure you RUN Hijack in 'normal' mode):idea:0 -
I can't get HijackThis to install on the computer, it keeps getting shut off straight away0
-
Then you may have to transfer it from another computer via a CD or USB.0
-
I've just tried that and its not working either, I am currently in safe mode with networking downloading firefox and then will try again at downloading HikackThis again.
Thanks for all your help, it is really appreciated0 -
Id recommend updating and scaning on a FULL scan with Malwarebytes again whilst in safe mode:idea:0

I've tried Firefox but it is still shutting the browser down, I can come here fine and navigate to other places but when I go to anything anti-spyware or anti-virus related it shuts it instantly.
Will try Malwarebytes again0
