Many thanks.
Apparently Garmin have just updated the POI loader and its causing problems with the speed cam updates, I think they'll have to do some tweaking to it so just be patient for now.0 -

You can use Ni-mh rechargeables and it recommends at least 2300mah to get upto 6 hours use out of them.0 -
Hi guys
Just been down to my local kwik save had a look at this garmin i3 and its tiny, relly tiny I used a medion one at the weekend which had a touch screen and was great and decided I'd like one, is this really a good buy, I have read most of the 49 pages and it seems to be or is it just a good buy because it has been reduced so much or is it a good buy because it's a good sat nav??
any info would be great, thanksa please & thank you is all it takes :wave:0 -

It was good at £200, very good at £150 and it's great for £100
I'm not saying there aren't better GPS units out there but there are none better for the price and I haven't found the size of the screen a problem..0 -

Don't take this the wrong way, but there are 49 pages of posts where this issue has been discussed. basically its worth reading through them, but at the end of the day its down to what you really want to do...use it for route planning (garmin) or for route planning and other functions (PDA)Welcome, rogerramjet.
