Triker - I guess you ought to mention DH's tooth stuff to the travel insurance people too - just in case.
Banana cake in oven cooking for bro's visit. Off to make pastry now for mince pies
Yes I am going to, it's just such a blooming minefield. Obviously I want the best cover we can get just in case, there are so many diclaimers and excess amounts you really have to research it carefully.
Plus I want an insurance policy which doesn't give the runaround if anything happens.
I can't seem to find any reviews anywhere of travel insurance companies, any suggestions folks?

Ds2 was in the bath earlier and i left him playing with his toys whilst i made the sandwiches for the Toddlers xmas party tomorrow ( the bathroom is through the kitchen so i could see him ). He's happily splashing around when he says Oh no theres poo in the bath ( in a shocked voice
). I go in there and he's pooed in the bath:eek::eek:.
I showered him and the bath and put him to bed. He's just started night time toilet training so has a potty in his room as the toilet is too far away downstairs. I'm downstairs wrapping the presents for Toddlers when i hear a bang and he says Oh no poo. He'd only chucked the full potty over the stairgate:mad::eek::mad::eek::mad::eek: and it wasn't completely solid:cool:. Why he couldn't just call me to empty it i don't know
.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Sorry just had to laugh at this one. Make sure you have that written down to tell him when he has toddlers of his own! I was so lucky it did not happen to us with ours, have heard it is not uncommon.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang

Thanks for all the birthday wishes
I was at work and go shunted to a branch closer to home for the last couple of hours.
When I got to Mum and Dad's the kids had done a surprise birthday tea for me
I had two copies of Mamma Mia on DVD, the sound track again (bought it myself way back in the summer!) and several bottles of wine
Just had a wobbly moment when the kids had gone to bed, but all ok again now.
Caught up to page 55 and about to take Miss A swimming and then the dreaded MIL visit! Will catch up more later.
Thanks again for all the hugs and wishes xxOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang

Morning all!
Same here hun!Hello everyone, well today is get organised day I think.
Waves at Hex who is nearby - and definitely getting wet...Need to make a substantial breakfast for everyone, then sort out the picnic. We are off to get rained on today - probably at Tissington or Bakewell. Haven't been out walking for ages but thought it was something we could do that didn't involve telling them off every 5 minutes like shopping.
My plan for today...
Finish work work (which I have started so all good) and e mail data to Assessment co-ordinator. Remove surnames from list first though (data protection ***winks at Greenbee and other savvy flyladies who know about this sort of stuff***)
Hack into son's account to check xmas list and tell sis what's on it - or text him and ask for an urgent reply.
Eat breakfast and drink tea
Make bed
Merge 'who to buy for' list with 'what I have bought' list and produce whole new 'buy this for this person NOW list'
Call into Post Office and tell Siobhan (clerk) that my devious plan to thwart the last posting date for 2nd class has worked ... at least one card posted yesterday (they were all local - I had run out of stamps) has been delivered because the recipient phoned me this morning to thank me for it! Try not to gloat...and it was a second class:money:stamp! She did ask me to let her know!
