Pigpen – what course did you finally decide on and where?

I'm staying here obviously.. be a bit manic trying to relocate with the children and hubbys job etc.

I've applied for Forensic science x2.. one with toxocology and one with criminology, and biomedical science x2.. they are pretty much the same spec so either way they'll do. I've wimped out and made it the decision of the university rather than my decision..
Check the smoke alarms - I DONT HAVE ONE!!! I HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOUSE FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS AND NOT REALISED! ARGH!!!

If you ring the fire brigade non-emeergency line they will come and fit really good ones for free!! .. and the bonus.. you get a house FULL of fire men for an hour!

Triker When I went to Canada in the middle of the SARS epidemic I used a company called Insure and Go online (they're on Quidco too) and I rang and spoke to them because I have pre-existing medical conditions too. They were really helpful and when I had to claim for the airline totally wrecking my suitcase and some of my stuff they were great and paid up really quickly without a fuss. But it looks like from this review site you either have a really good experience or a total nightmare!

Thanks for your advice. My sister has decided to borrow a wheelchair for me and decorate it for christmas!!! She's got lights, tinsel, stars, the lot. Looks like my mum and dad are coming to so they'll be 8 people pushing me. There's a restaurant too so we're going for hot chocolate and mince pies. I'm looking forward to my first day out!!

I NEED to make mince pies and jam cakes for christmas.. and I can't bring myself to use the oven/cooker ... now I KNOW I am being irrational and silly and am hoping just typin git will make me feel like a norbert and make me get a grip.. but as silly as it is I am right nervous about switching it on...

I'll go for a shower.. sort the kitchen and then look at pies....

I've developed a phobia of cookers ... lol... What a pillbox..

Did I mention I went to bed at 8:45pm yesterday... and got up at 10:30am this morning??...
