Hiya
Quick update...just had a doctor visit -ordered by the district nurse - he's cleaned and closed up the wound with paper stitches and bandaged it all for a bit of support. He was very impressed with my reaction to the patch and wants to photograph it. Great! My bum is probably going to make it's way into some medical paper!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Lovely doctor though, we went to move the spotty dotty puppy into the kitchen and he said she could stay as he has two dalmatians at home! Awwwwww - there are some nice doctors!
Night all xx0 -
ARGH! wanted to catch up with my washing and cleaning the kitchen... but i have no water pressure! There was a massive flood on the nearby main road when i passed before guessing a burst main as the police have cordoned it off and theres machinery there now...... problem is I have but a trickle of water coming out the taps, a chinese laundry and no clean plates or glasses   :rotfl:
(My mum who lives nearby had NO water an hour or so ago! Luckily when she rang to say i managed to fill the kettle and one jug so could make Sarah a bottle if needs be)
So plan will have to be something else... hmm...
BTW anyone know how to make a small child sleepy?? Sarah is currently wide awake sat in her highchair watching cbeebies recordings chatting away to herself...  :rolleyes:0 -
Mudders - glad the doctor has been but, please NO MORE decluttering even one little light thing anywhere! Stay on the sofa! And enjoy the fact that your bum may be in some magazine somewhere! That'll be something to tell your grandchildren when their parents aren't around

Oh dear about the water. Glad you had notice for the bottle making (and maybe a cup of tea). As for making little one sleepy, warm bath, and a massage used to work on my two.
I just got a massage couch on ebay! I've been trying for ages. Full price they are around £100, but some start in auction at £1. I didn't want one of those as, if you scroll down, they've been returned due to missing parts etc. Anyway, the one I was after started at £9.95, so I've just watched and watched until the last 5 minutes, then put in my bid. I got it for £46, plus £9.95 postage from Holland, so I'm really pleased.DMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419
