If you want to get on right move there is no option on virtualletz the only option is 9.95 and you dont get no right move coverage have a look at the link above by sjcollet, its not virtualletz is someone else from stoke who markets it.

I've used loot.com for free, and got a couple of good tenants out of it. Lots of timewasters too.

I went with discount letting again and finding it to be a good service. It would be good to keep this thread updated with reviews of all online letting agents for other people to use as a reference.

I used an high street agent that offers an online service. www Uchooselettings.co.uk. They have an office in Birmingham so I visited them and after checking out their credentials listed my property on their site. They are on all the portals that matter (Rightmove, Prime, Globix etc). They offered me sound advice in setting the price (I was initially asking too much and they emailed me a comparables chart). Anyway to cut a long story short, I was very happy with their service, they seemed to know what they’re going on about and they are regulated by the UKALA (client money protection and all that). I'm still using them for the rent managed service and so far so good.

Just thought I'd give people my opinion of urbansalesandlettings.co.uk (Urban Sales and Lettings). I received an email from them after posting and advert on Gumtree. I have also used housenetwork in the past so can give a fair comparison between the 2 services for rental of a property.

Quite frankly, I would never use Urban again - I actually felt very ripped off by them. In small print they say that if you don't email them every 2 months they will remove property from the site. They don't call you for viewings requests. I mystery shopped them and after making an enquiry on my property, they only got back to me 5 days later. After a few months they won't even bother forwarding viewing requests to you. They also don't answer their phone... this is a disgrace as far as I am concerned and I must have lots umpteen viewing requests. It just seems they are selling their service for extremely cheap, but not actually offering a proper service. If someone from Urban reads this - I think I deserve a full refund because you ripped me off and didn't give me the service you promised!

Onto Housenetwork - after a poor experience with Urban, I gave Housenetwork a try. I didn't think it was worth giving up on online estate agent just yet. Well I had an excellent experience with them. Sure, they're not perfect and sometimes you can feel a bit bugged with calls, or they don't read notes you put on the system. But you get access to a proper content management system ...it's just so much better than Urban. They talk to you on the phone and ALWAYS answer calls during office hours. They were twice the price and I felt I got real value for money.
