Thanks very much to op for this post,:T I called my mum (she lives close to asda) and she got 2 for me and 2 for her.
This is great for me as my teenage boys go through at least 2 packs of ham a week so i will save money on sandwiches, and will get a few dinners as well. all before the use by date of 27th0 -

Its cured in the Wiltshire way - says its produced in the UK.
Plenty left at South Woodham Ferrers, and they also have a good offer on large beef roasting joints. I bought a 4 kilo rump roasting joint for £14.50 - its £4 per kg and can be frozen. Great for a New Year party - plenty of slices.0 -

Bought a couple of these today in my local Asda, noticed that although they are all labelled 1.1 kilo there actually looked to be big difference in sizes - I went through the self scanner and checked the weight through interest, one weighed 1.45 kilos and the other 1.47 - just a note to bear in mind!"
