why do they insist on putting notes through the door saying thet tryed to deliver something when they pull up outside it the van, get out and put the note in the door without knocking and then drive off, the parcel never leaves the van.

ive had this happen 4 times in 4 weeks, twice ive caught them and twice they got away,
and i know of 4 other times its happened befor.

Great news the one day strike did not happen. However do not be fooled the union have bigger fish to fry and this will only be a temporary reprieve.

I have got nothing against postmen (although mine never comes until after 1pm) but loads of people are in a sitation where they might be being made redundant due to the social climate at the moment, such is life. So why should these posties strike?

The reason is stupid because RM want to close some of the mail centres putting hundreds of staff out of work. That why:mad:

Are you saying the reason is stupid, or calling me stupid?

Just getting ready for my Sunday shift and thinking, why oh why did I agree to do this... guess I shouldn't have enjoyed the xmas bonus as much last night, but hey ho at least it's only 3 hrs ;)

51 hrs this week, not bad for a 24hr contract, just wish it was payday next week, well at least it helps the tax man a little.
