    evening everyone.
Thankyou for all the good luck wishes.
While I was getting ready for the exam I had a call to say my wonderful and much loved friend Lesley passed away this morning. Even though I was expecting it it was still a shock. By some miracle I pulled myself together and passed my exam so am now a fully qualified EXTEND exercise teacher.
I called to see Lesley's partner on the way home and he said she went very peacefully while he was with her so for that I am very grateful. I know lots of you were praying for her but now she is at peace.

Awww Taplady, I am so sorry to hear that, at least she went peacefully, and is no longer in pain, hugs to you sweetheart, and her family xx

And well done on passing your exam under such difficult circumstances, I am sure Lesley was with you xx

    (((Taplady)))

I am so sorry to hear about Lesley.

I am glad things were peaceful and her DH was with her.

The home made curry seems to have helped DH and me and we are not coughing as much. The Remoska makes cooking so much more simple.

I blame you lot for reminding me how much I love Discworld  as I have just ordered Nanny Ogg's cookbook from Amazon!!!!!!:T

Collecting DD(19) on Sunday and she will be back home for three weeks :j

and her older sister will be home for Christmas for nearly a week.

Taplady (((hugs))) to you and of course to Lesley's family. There is no good time to lose your mum or partner, but just before Christmas must be horrible for them.

    Hi all :hello:

Just stopped in to say hello and catch up with everyone's news.

*Hugs* for Taplady & Lesley's family and well done too, Taplady, on your exam results, a mixed day for you x

OS today, we have had fish & chips from the kitchen, not the chippie. WM was duly dealt with and dried, but perishing cold here imo..

I also have Nanny Ogg's cookbook & a little figurine of the woman herself as someone at work bought them for me & said I remind them of her - and I don't even know all the words to the Hedgehog Song  Although, I can do a rousing chorus of "A Wizard's Staff Has a Knob on the End..." ;)

I hope everyone is okay and *hugs* for those who want them

Oh, Taplady - I am so sorry. I know you expected it but it's still a shock. (((Hugs))) to you and Lesley's family, and I will say a prayer for her tonight. I am so glad her partner was there with her.

    Well done on becoming qualified.
