oh well I'm sure they'll be back in a day or two! maybe ickle ordered loads for the twins:p

I'm hoping for an early night today, went to asda to do a big shop, was in there for about an hour and now my hips are sore!
attempted to get up early this morning, I managed about 30 mins earlier than usual which made me chuck up, so I'm super tired now!

Oh and Elle you asked about hidden support vests and I never got round to answering you. I have some pjs with support from asda but looked today and couldn't find any, I think I've seen some in debenhams but if not how about adidas gym tops? they have the support and usually some are in the reduced bit in JD sports

  • Think Im overtired so will be trying to drop off on sofa in a minute.

Havent had any hip pain when out and about but if i lie on my back on the floor, which i do in front of fire, then my lower lower back maybe more the pelvis area seems to seize up, its mega painful but fine once im up.

However the good news is my really sore knees seem to have gone, dont have to stretch my legs or or have a hand up from the bottom shelves, lol, for now.....

Ahh.. feel slightly better for having cheese on toast :)

When do bumps typically move up a bit? I have 14 weeks in my head, but that's just a stab in the dark!

Thanks for the info on the vests Sami. Reminds me actually, I did have one as part of a PJs set from M&S too.. will go search online :)

Elle: I've read the leaflet n box for Olbas oil and nowhere does it say not for preg ladies not even on the bit about using it as a muscle rub
If you don't like it tell OH to try sudafed nasal spray http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/sudafed-nasal-spray_1_2338.html its AMAZING! and it really does last for 10 hours! or I also use those nose plasters - also good if you catch his germs http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/breathe-right-nasal-strips-10-clear-large-strips_1_11356.html
