Lily-Anne is almost 4 weeks old and we have been through 9 packs of size 1. She was 8lbs at birth and never lost any, last week she was 8 11 and I think now she's well over 9lbs. We are just now moving up to size 2, so i think most of you will be fine with 10 packs unless you have big babies.:A

I thought I had had an implantatino bleed as the dates of my periods are a bit messed up (I've got PCOS). I'm going to ring the GP at 4 to chase up the midwife and I'll tell them about the bleeding then. I've had a look and there is a EPU in Cardiff but I wouldn't be able to get there without my boyfriend and the car.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0 -

Keep checking Ickle to see when they come in stock.
Have you treated yourself to the huggies starter kit???? £5 buy one get one free and you get one pack of 27 newborn size 1s (which is what the other offer is for) a pack of 72 huggies wipes and a pack of disney socks (mine are blue and cream)??????0 -
I'm still sticking with my 1 free starter pack of nappies... And resisting the urge to buy anything baby related until after my 20w scan (which I don't get till 22w! Grr)
I'm the same as you sami when it comes to carrying on as normal, I've carried things then afterwards thought 'oops, maybe I shouldn't of done that' but then I carried a chest of drawers up the stairs while about 5 months gone with Aimee... There was nobody else here to help me in those days though... Think I would at least get DH on the other end if I needed it doing now lol.
Jvic, def ring the dr and tell them about the spotting, if there's any more or any cramping then get yourself to A&E but it is quite common, I had 2 emergency scans for bleeding at 11w and 13w..A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Right ladies - a serious question...
I haven't seen any christmas tv mags and generally don't bother reading them anyway
Can anyone confirm that they are not going to kill off the baby in Eastenders at Christmas?? I couldn't cope if they did so will avoid it but otherwise I don't mind a bit of 'stenders christmas special(Please don't spoil the plot for me :rotfl: )
I cried at Elf yesterday...was anybody watching? At the end where she gets up and sings??? I was in floods!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I have bought the tv mag which shows the two weeks over christmas and they say about sean/roxy/amy and a frozen lake. Given the gorgeous sean has left, i imagine roxy and amy will be okay (other issues surrounding the storyline that makes it an 'enders christmas)0 -
Ah right - the baby survives but he finds out she is not his...that's FINE, I can cope with dubious parentage...just not bad stuff happening to baby.

i'm the same, haven't liked the storyline that she was born so early and seeing her in hospital.
going to sooooo miss sean!!!0 -
Baby things are getting to me too - I watched an episode of Private Practice where a woman gave birth only a few weeks ahead of me. The baby was so tiny.
I've not bought any nappies. Not bought anything yet! I'm going to wait till 30+ weeks I think. No idea what nappies I 'like'. Of all of them, I like Pampers Active Fit best, what would be the new baby equivilent of them?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
