    Morning all,

I am 32 weeks today!!!! Can't believe it.

Heartburn has decided to visit me this week and not loving it. Will speak to the MW when i see her on Monday about it.

I am struggling with eating at the moment. Is anyone else the same? What I mean is that I do get hungry, but when I eat I feel bad and like it's sitting on my chest and then burning (the heartburn).

I know it's wrong but I couldn't bring myself to eat last night. I KNOW i can't do this as it's not good for bubs. I have had plain hot cross bun (freshly dleivered to me at work by hubby) and will try and have another.

Just not sure if my body likes me filling tummy with food while bubs is living inside :D

Sami - thanks for the info re medical sets and thermometers. it's much appreciated. will look into it all

    xxxxx

    Happy 32 weeks AF :j
Gosh I'll be in bonny Scotland at 32 weeks, when i say it aloud I get scared, I told OH last night that I'm packing my hospital bag and taking it with us, he thinks i'm a mentalist, but you can never be too sure.
Sorry I cant even try to sympathise with you on the heartburn, I never get it.

  • Morning all,

I am so very very tired. And stressed. I keep running around like a headlesss chicken, forgetting I am almost 23 weeks pregnant with twins - how can I, I am huge! I am exhausted and off to sister-inlaws this weekend for her big birthday which is a good and a bad thing, would prefer to chill this weekend but like the inlaws (thankfully!) even if it is a 3.5hr drive away.

Promise to self, I will calm down as from next week and start to chill. :o
Proud mother of twin boys - double the trouble and twice the pleasure! :T

I've just folded and put away all the lovely white baby clothes/sheets/muslins/towels etc for baby. I washed and tumble dried them so they were soft and smelled of home from the beginning :D

It's made me all weepy in a happy, unbelieving way. I spent ages with my nose burried in them

oh I can't wait to meet you little baby xxx

What a beautiful thing to say McSmiler - you started my day off with some happy tears :A

    Hello girles,
I can't join you yet(I just lurk) but hopefully soon!! Can I just ask...did any of you get really sore swollen boobies almost immediatley after conception? The reason I ask is that Im driving myself mad pregnancy symptom spotting..theres no denying that my boobs have suddenly increased in size (and weight!) and the veins are alot more prominent, BUT if I even have conceived it was only 4days ago! Im thinking-way too soon for boobs to swell but period wouldn't be due for 10days and this much swelling never happens this far away,it always happens 3days away.
    Anybody experienced this atall?

My first day off work today - yipeee!!!

Had a nice last day, got lots of Mothercare vouchers that we're going to keep til baby is here and we can figure out what we need. Felt a bit strange leaving work - like, if i finish work, that means i've got to give birth soon  . It shouldn't really have come as a shock to me should it!

Got lots of plans - feel a cleaning spree coming on. But first, i'm going to start listing my maternity work clothes on ebay!

I am determined to be organised - i will not waste the day watching carp daytime tv and playing on tinterweb. ;)

Hi Helen, hopefully we'll be able to welcome you soon!!
My first sympton was my big sore (hot!) veiny boobies - but i ignored it as a sign that my period was due.
Then, at a wedding, when AF was almost a week late, the dress i'd bought a few weeks before, struggled to keep them in  .
Driving home from Glasgow to Merseyside the next day with hot, itchy boobies, it suddenly started to click and we popped to asda for a test!

Good luck - and (easy for me to say), try to chill til you can test!!

I didn't notice my boobs until after I knew... But then since being on the Yasmin pill they had hurt on and off at different times of the month anyway...

I feel rotten... Kept waking up coughing in the night and I don't know why... Not really got a cough... Didn't disturb hubby though which is good... Might just lie on the sofa and snooze for a while...

Ooh, and I bought next years christmas tree yesterday for £2.50... It's not brilliant but we should have a crawling baby by next christmas... and for £2.50, who can complain?!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
