I've got one of those triangle cushion things, and thats good too. If I stay in any one position for too long, its really painful when I get up. The amount of times I've got out of bed and fallen down because my leg won't take the weight!
Oh feelie - please watch yourself falling over like that...
My grinding is def worse in the morning - and it seems to echo in the bathroom so hubby can hear the noise from our bedroom (sorry - hope no-one feels queasy)
I also need to take care when *ahem* exercising...I certainly can't 'exercise' more than once a day if I want to be able to walk.
I am finding that the aquanatal is good though - both for me and bubba. He seems to really love us being in the water which makes me happy tooplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

MFD:
I knew AF didn't like the 2 handles but thought she needed to know its the way to go with a buggy
I assumed that she'd be getting the bus to go to the shops (are you AF?) and therefore would need to have a place for the shopping.
AF The design of the buggy we got is black with tribal design and my friends hubby was dead jealous that Chris had a "manly" buggy when he was forced to push his daughter in a pink one :rotfl:0 -

How far along are you?
Do you have a number for the Community Midwife team?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Princess - first thing is first - get home if you are not already and get your feet up (preferably in bed).
I have fallen twice now (both shockers but both indoors) and I the shock is usually the worst bit.
Are you okay?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
we have MIL and FIL most years and its great as they keep kids happy and out of kitchen and i get on with food. MIL cant cook so it helps her out and she also has this thyroid prob so doesnt eat. i usually make up a big box with the leftovers so they have that later on and next day!
FG thats the worst bit atempting to get up at 3am for the toilet and not being able to stand lol! i find it really hard in bed to move and get comfy, was planning on putting the spare quilt under the sheet to see if the extra padding helps??
MFD well if the crazed woman ever gets fed up i know where she could be of most help:DWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
