My first week in my new 8 hr job is actually 19 hrs !!!! so thats good but i wish i had more than one day at home with dd, but i cant moan.

Spent quite abit in the sale at George and in a sports shop that had a sale on, i paid with cash that i have, which is a first!!!

Job wise, money wise i am feeling alot better. Relationship wise, i just don't feel any connection anymore, we are always rowing and half the time i don't want to be near him. I have been with him for 7yrs and i dunno if its a phase were going thru or wot, but any advice/experience would be great.

Wot exactly is that? It may well be!!
  • Hello everyone, not posted much lately - how rubbish am i. Time i got back into this i think.

My news? Well i think we might be trying for baby number 2 soon. Just worried about how i will share the love with 2 kids and how my daughter will react and cope with a new baby?
  • have we missed something?!?!?!?! last time you posted you thought you didnt want to be near him now gonna try for number 2???????

glad you have sorted things out though hun, and the love comes for number 2, in just the same amounts as number 1. i have actually found it easier (not counting the first few weeks) with 2 and am now way more organised then i was with 1.
i kept readings books to ds1 about mummy being pregnant and new babies (mr a's had some good cheap ones like theres a house inside my mummy and one where an owl gets a brother) so he kinda knew what was coming and also took him along to check ups (not scans with my history of miscarriage) so he could hear the heart beat. we also bought ds1 a pressie for him from the baby to say hello in a way. worked a treat and have had no jealousy as such (they just fight over toys now)

  • Over the last few weeks, we have been through alot and tbh nearly split up. We had major talks and have got on really well, number 2 has come up in convo and have both said we wanna go for it. I still feel that i am not ready to try this very second but watch this space.

Thanks for your info Rags, you have given some good ideas. Hi Elizabeth, been a rough few weeks but things are looking up i think, hows you?
  • Slighty annoyed today. My fellas car is on its last legs and his friends promised to sell my dp his car when he gets his disability car. Months later and my dp saw his mate in his new car today and wondered why he hadn't got in touch about selling his old one. Turns out last night his dad apparantly wrote the car off, and his friend was laughing when telling my other half. I know its not his fault but we were relying on that car coz we were getting a good car for a bargain price we had saved up for. No way can we afford a car in as good cond for the price he was selling it for. So god nos what were going to do now.
  • That's a shame about the car, keep your eyes open though and maybe you'll find something if you're not in too much of a rush!! Things are ok with myself, slipped up a bit debt wise but back to getting it down again now :)
