Well its all change in my house!!!!
Ok so as you know i work (ed) in a bank up until Friday that is!! I don't like the fact my boss wanted me to start staying behind until 7pm from being there since 8.45am to telesale when i had a little girl waiting at home for me to put her to bed. I never got out on time and my boss most weeks wanted me to go in 5 days a week and 2 of those would be for 3 hrs, which would cost me a tenner in petrol each time, it wasn't worth it... plus this meant my mum having to rearrange her week to look after my little one. On Fri my boss did something that really p1ssed me off and resulted in me not going back!!! The day before a woman (elderly) came in with a cheque for 12 thousand pounds, her friend had died and left her some money, i asked if she had any plans and she said she was understandibly still upset and wanted to think about it. So i left it at that, then the next day which was Fri, my boss infront of everyone gave me a right b0ll0cking infront of everyone, saying why hadn't i booked her in, we cud have got alot of points for doing sumthing with that amount of money. I said she is upset, that is the last thing on her mind, i said that she would come back if she wanted help on wot to do with it... he said, oh yeh like she is going to come back, of course she won't, youve missed that there...... I was FUMIN and decided there and then i weren't going back.... I don't give a !!!!!! about the figures, points the bank makes, i cared for that poor woman and my boss just proved he didn't care about the customers just how many points he can get.... so i rang mum that dinner and told her i would accept the job she offered me a few days before.....She runs her own pub/club and i will be doing bar work part time and in Sep i will be in charge for 4 weeks whilst she goes on holiday....
So i also had an interview for the co op which i have since been accepted for, its 8 hrs a week opposite my mums with possible over time.... so i will be doing Fri and Sat afternoon and 1 maybe more days in co op so basically a stay at home mummy......
SO all weekend i was crapping myself about ringing the bank to tell them i weren't going bak. Boss weren't there on Mon, so i rang the girl who is charge and told her my dad was ill and for that reason mum cudn't have daughter, so i couldnt come into work, and i was handing my notice in - i asked if i cud have this week off as holl and she said she didnt no the policy..... i have sent posted a letter saying everything and giving my notice and again asking for this week as holl, if he says no i will loose about £600 and i bet he wont let me have it as holl,,,,, ill let u no....
So for the last 2 days i have already being a better mood and enjoyed spending time with dd.... i am worrying about money, how will we manage but been on entitled to and it said i am entitled to more tax credits and tiny bit of help with rent and council tax...plus i told mum about debt and she said she will come and sit with me and we ll work out how much i owe and she said she might get a loan for me and then i pay her back, i no debt consolidation is the easy way out but i wont get in this mess again if she agrees, my credit rating is crap, so i cant even transfer my credit cards to 0% and if i can stay at home with dd, perfect, so any tips on surviving with no income and debt please let me no!!

PHEW that was along one, hope ur all ok x

You sound much happier now you have things sorted! I am sure you will be able to sort things out and slowly sort the debt out if you are doing the coop and working in your mums bar and also extra help with rent etc im sure you will sort it out! It will be lovely spending time with your dd!! i love being a SAHM – it will also mean you will have more time for uping your income in other ways. You can try and sell anything you no longer want on ebay/amazon etc. Join lots of survey sites and cashback sites so you can earn a little there also sign up for Mystery Shopping – some you cant do with kids so i just dont do them but there are some that kids are fine coming with you.... Do you like bingo?? I have joined a free bingo site and its quiet fun and you can earn Amazon vouchers – i havent been on it that long and already have £20 worth so adds up..... also sign up for the free scratch card...........also prob other which will all help a little so if i think of more ill let you no.....

Hello, well my mum has done something so special for me and if anyone has any ideas on what i can do, to show her my appreciation please let me no....

She has got a loan out in her name but for me...... I know it is an easy way out but whilst my dd is young i want to be with her, instead of going out to work and still being only able to afford the minimum payments and be in debt for like 15 yrs...

I did have 2 loans and so many credit cards that i was paying out £550 a month and that was on loans and minimum payments.... my mum has consoladated all of my debt which is £12500 over 5 yrs its £254 a month saving me more than half the money.
I do still have a large overdraft which i am going to try and tackle and i want to start saving each month, so i dont have to worry should any expense arise that i am unaware of.....

So all loans and credit cards paid off or will be when i have rang them all, shall list what i have done so far...
