well im starting to feel very dissapionted, im awaiting around 70% of my order, i checked my credit limit yesturday and it had gone down so i assumed i would be getting a delivery of around £60 worth of goods, no sign as yet, items were on a 1-2 week delay and its now over two weeks, my order was £915 on the 22nd of december, theyve never ever been this slow, so im starting to worry about the rest of my huge order, i keep thinking well maybe tomorrow but as each day goes by im becoming more and more dissapointed, anyone else waiting for lots of items???

I am waiting for 12 items, I called them up, they just said they are still on a delay :rolleyes:

I received my next statement this morning to find that I am being charged for 2 items that I have never received - a coat for £40 and a pair of trousers for £15. I spoke to Customer Services who told me they would contact the courier and then send a letter out to us for us to sign. At the moment they haven't haven't taken these items off the total until I have signed this letter. I am certainly not paying £55 for items I never received.:mad:

Received another 3 bags yesterday. Still waiting on about 12 bits. Most of what has come is my daughters, just waiting for mine & hubbys bits

We bought them and didnt have that problem, the problems that we did have were with the slats. First a few of the chained ones wouldnt all snap into place properly and then later on when putting the single slats in once the beds were assembled, you couldnt get them in at all, they length are the width of the bed! No way of wedging them in at all and we werent going to take the beds apart and take all slats oout just to put these single ones in. We gave up and the beds are fine.

Took us 3 hours! We too rang Next about them and they said no one else had that problem and said the same thing that they said to you. Luckily they are fine without those slats!

yes its the amy bunk beds. putting the slats in was a nightmare, that little plastic block, and the amount of tension in the rods, was what took all the time up. we found the plastic covers didnt stay over the end of the rods, which meant the spike wouldnt lock into place, so we had to keep re-doing each rod

well at least we werent the only ones who had probs at that stage, i was on the verge of marriage guidance

just need to try and sort this weld now - Oh thinks, brut force and a crowbar might help!

I received an email yesterday thanking me for returning 2 items and that my account would be credited. I didn't even receive the items so is this their way of telling me their out of stock?

well ive just had a look at my email printout of items ordered and im still waiting for 36 items and two of those were on a 5 day delay and all the rest on a 1-2 week delay????? this was all ordered on the 22nd of december. what a nightmare. most of it is my things :-(

i have said this before, but next should only sell physical stock, luckily i have had most of my delivery and only waiting for a few bits, but i would be sooo cross if i missed out on going to the store, left it to the online sale, only to be dissapointed. must check on my previous orders but i am sure it is only 1 or 2 bits i am waiting on.

I'm still waiting for 4 pairs of boots 2 coats and 3 tops, that were on a delay but only a week delay! I'm getting annoyed, and impatient lol!

same here, gettig very annoyed, but so agree with next selling physical stock, im waiting so much but most importantly some boots for one of my twins, got one pair and not the other, 3 coats, loads of jumpers, the cat toggle boots that were on a five day delay, and i didnt go the store sale as i had ordered so much online so pretty miffed at the mo.
