I received my next statement this morning to find that I am being charged for 2 items that I have never received - a coat for £40 and a pair of trousers for £15. I spoke to Customer Services who told me they would contact the courier and then send a letter out to us for us to sign. At the moment they haven't haven't taken these items off the total until I have signed this letter. I am certainly not paying £55 for items I never received.:mad:0

Just phoned to find out where my missing two items are, one was on a 1-2 week delay already and apparently so is the other now - but I didn't receive notice of that. Grrrrr. It's a pair of jeans that I desperately need as I had my baby 8 weeks ago and am still wearing my maternity ones, which are too loose now. I would have gone into store and bought some if I'd have known it would take this long.
I suppose I should be grateful they haven't been returned without delivery even being attempted though shouldn't I?0 -
I'm still waiting for several items which were on a 5-7 day delay and still haven't arrived yet. Wonder if they ever will?!!!0

they wont until they have 'investigated'. if they dont give me my interest back im cancelling my account. i have a 4k limit but of late they have too much problems to warrant staying!
I have had the same problems , Next not sending items and then charging me or delievery person forging my signature .
after i paid for what sale stuff i have got ,Iam closing my account . Fed up with Next taking 3 months to " investigate" or telling you to call back next week .
I even told 2 Next people last year that i didnt want the Next catalogue and what did i get !!
Really disappointed0 -

I dont think it normally takes 3 months , it was everytime i called they said they havent got my letter or didnt know what was happening , then when i found out about the signature, i sent them a straight to the point letter it was sorted. Wish i didnt order and closed my account then.
I will call them tomorrow to see whats happening again.0 -
Like most people on here I too am waiting on loads of items. If going by past experiences I will no doubt get the "sorry out of stock" letters for a lot of them. Really frustrating when you keep a suit jacket awaiting the trousers and a couple of months later they tell you that they are our of stock:mad:
The free telephone number to get through to Next Customer Services is 0800 7314567. Nothing worse than spending money on phone calls due to their errors!!0 -

Next like many other large companies can't cope when they promote sales. I'm a courier in the South West, I've had lots of parcels for addresses in Yorkshire, can only send them back but there's no way it takes more than a few days to go onto the system.0
