I received my next statement this morning to find that I am being charged for 2 items that I have never received - a coat for £40 and a pair of trousers for £15. I spoke to Customer Services who told me they would contact the courier and then send a letter out to us for us to sign. At the moment they haven't haven't taken these items off the total until I have signed this letter. I am certainly not paying £55 for items I never received.
they wont until they have 'investigated'. if they dont give me my interest back im cancelling my account. i have a 4k limit but of late they have too much problems to warrant staying!

Just phoned to find out where my missing two items are, one was on a 1-2 week delay already and apparently so is the other now - but I didn't receive notice of that. Grrrrr. It's a pair of jeans that I desperately need as I had my baby 8 weeks ago and am still wearing my maternity ones, which are too loose now. I would have gone into store and bought some if I'd have known it would take this long.
I suppose I should be grateful they haven't been returned without delivery even being attempted though shouldn't I?

I dont think it normally takes 3 months , it was everytime i called they said they havent got my letter or didnt know what was happening , then when i found out about the signature, i sent them a straight to the point letter it was sorted. Wish i didnt order and closed my account then.

I will call them tomorrow to see whats happening again.
  • Like most people on here I too am waiting on loads of items. If going by past experiences I will no doubt get the "sorry out of stock" letters for a lot of them. Really frustrating when you keep a suit jacket awaiting the trousers and a couple of months later they tell you that they are our of stock:mad:
The free telephone number to get through to Next Customer Services is 0800 7314567. Nothing worse than spending money on phone calls due to their errors!!

Happyshopper do you have any proof that the delivery person(courier)has forged your signature, if not it's completely out of order to suggest that possibility.

Next like many other large companies can't cope when they promote sales. I'm a courier in the South West, I've had lots of parcels for addresses in Yorkshire, can only send them back but there's no way it takes more than a few days to go onto the system.
