oh they mentioned to me that my broadband was active from the 14/11/2008 and thids si impossible i was with O2 and ihave the bills to prove it !BSC number 1830

i just received a respone to my complaint what a joke they "confirm" i did make a phoen call but to date sa till haven't received a transcript nor an audile copy of that.
Moreover, i have not received a copy of the contract that i appearently ihave given with "express consent" .
even if it were true that i agreed to such braodband services would have they nopt reduce my stautory right by not providing me this "live go date" so i was not able to cancel it befoer the live go date and as such i haven't benefited to the colling off period i as i was not informed of such date or i am barking the wrong tree here ?BSC number 1830 -

i have never compalint about problem with O2 , they rang me up asking me if i was interested into a broadband services to which i replied NO ( the problem is that i have recorded the phone call as i do with everything phone call sorry long problem with DCA ....).
so thisa iswhy ican confirm i did not said that.
again wha tis the date of this phone call ? ias my order was made online i can post it ther the confirmatin e-mail and their subequent confirmatin in writing too very interesting when it does not mention any free broadbandBSC number 1830 -

hi deckland i think you should think again aftger the phone call i have received rom thier so called " head office" . there is alot the woman acknowldege over the phone about being in delays etc.......BSC number 1830
