Fatou, you say you switched your landline provider, does this mean you pay Talk Talk for line rental? If so how much?
If your exchange has been LLU'd by talktalk there is a fair chance you have been switched onto it. If so I do not think you can have any other broadband except talktalk, perhaps someone will confirm this.0 -
You will just have to confirm exactly which Talktalk package you agreed to when you signed up. Talktalk seem to have a myriad of different packages on the go at any one time, any mention on your contract paperwork what package you are on?“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0

You definitely Do Not have to take their Broadband if you take that product,as they have admitted. Their agents were chancing their arm and have slammed you for broadband.
It might be worth your while e-mailing their CEO via http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerce/servlet/gben-contact-ContactForm?CONTACT=BOSS0 -
soory when i rang back O2 to be reisntated , the techincal support team told me that there is no marker on my line whatsoever that was yesterday so i do not know what to think about it because surely if i was on a LLU then i would have at least a tag unless i am mistaken .BSC number 1830
