i found also that we can canclled within 15 days of the live go date to which i am going to use and bye bye talk talkBSC number 1830 -
can soemone told me that i can use that in my leter to tell them i have never give my express consent
1.20 Developments in Network technology (known as Local Loop Unbundling or “LLU”) may enable us to provide fixed line Services to you through our own Network rather than a third party Network. We will let you know when these developments occur. If you have previously agreed to take our LR service we may transfer you to our LLU network but we will still offer the same Services to you as those which you received from us before the transfer

1.21 On the day that we transfer you to our LLU network, you may experience a temporary loss of Service of up to 24 hours. Afterwards, you may also have to re-set your access numbers and/or passwords.
"1.22 Unless you have agreed previously to take our Broadband Service, we will seek your express consent before transferring you to our LLU network if you take a broadband service from another provider on the same telephone line at the time of transfer."BSC number 1830 -
If you signed up online was that through the main Talktalk site or another portal? It seems you have paperwork confirming your side of things (I assume it is from Talktalk and not this BPS) - may well be BPS are the culprits here.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0

i have signed up through talk talk on line directly apparently this BPS company is responsible for e-order this is what said to me by their staff on TT forumsBSC number 1830

All very peculiar. Had a quick look over at the talktalk members forum and they seem to be waiting for a record of some sales call. Be interesting to find out the result of that if you ordered online.
To answer one of your points on that thread, no MAC is required to migrate from BT ipstream to LLU.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -
me too dekland i am impatient to see this sales call i have ordered online i am willing to share my copy of my e-mail confirmationorder that online if it must to do so .BSC number 1830

it get more bizarre . to day irecieved from talk talk a leflet thanking for taking an upgrade which was the broadband 2days after my live go date so i had no chance to cancel befoer the live date and now they wan tme to pay a cancelation fee.
Apparently art some point "casper the ghost " h has called them that i wanted to be upgrade from talk Uk evening and week end to talkt global evening and week end weird really weird a i have no comfirmation / recollection of this.
i dont talk over th ephoen as ima not english and sometimes it is difficult for me to understand them so i only keep everything in writing as i can chech with a translator but to them they don't care.
i really wonder with whom they have been talking to ?BSC number 1830 -
anyway to make everyone clear baotu my case i put his message onto this forums
"hi everyone i know i keep posting but i received my first bill.
steven and emma said that from november i have ordered a full LLU packages since november (so it is one packages for the sake of argument) then they should explain why i have two packages showing in my bills as shown belows
"Welcome to the forum, I don't have full system access at the moment but according to hat I do have. You ordered one of our LLU products at the start of November which went live in December." stephen quotes
"As Stephen says and order for a TalkTalk LLU product was recieved by one of our sales teams. " emma's quote
my landline phone went live on the 14/11/2008 and i subscribe for UK evening and week end talk.
this is my bills number 5156813596
my bill date 06/12/2008
Your service charges
£29.99
Connection Fee
£2.12
Talk UK Evening & Weekend Part Month 14/11 - 07/12
£6.49
Talk Global Evening & Weekend 8/12 - 7/01
-£3.25
Your Half Price Call Plan Credit
£32.50
Call Charges
£21.60
this clearly shows that something gone wrong somewhere and that i haven't ordered an LLU packages because why i should pay for 2 packages when i have ordered one apparently ?????
i acknowledge i wanted the talk uk evening uk Plan i never mentioned any agreement to have a braodband services.
i cannot have 2 packages into 1 account. please refer to bill as it seems i am being made to pay for 2 accounts which i wrong. Again, purely to confirm i cannot be more than happy with my landline packages.Unfortunately, not only was i given this broadband services but also it is off a much lower quality that i need.
My only resolve is to recieve an efficient braodband service and superior broadband services.
i trust the above is finnally in order i loof forward to seek your response."
they are claiming i have orginally an LLU packages so why i am paying 2 different packages ?BSC number 1830 -
Talk UK Evening & Weekend Part Month 14/11 - 07/12 is the original package you signed up for online, no broadband, active until 07/12.
Probably as a result of this phone call from TalkTalk "oh by the way i forgot to mention that i had indeed had a phone call form their sales team asking me if i am interesting in their broadband to which i replied no" you were migrated onto Talk Global Evening & Weekend 8/12 - 7/01 , active from 08/12 onwards, which includes "free" broadband and is a legacy LLU product.
Presumably it's this phone call TalkTalk are now reviewing so it's just a case of awaiting the outcome.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -
yes this i sright so far !
they ask me to call their office on friday to whicj i duly did . they are refusing to remove the broadband services because apparently i have asked "tlk global evening and Uk in october 2008 " they even told me tha tif i wish to do so i wil have to pay this and that then try scare me by sauing that i will be lliable for the rest of the contract etc..... thi si what they call cusotmer services ! apparently their adamant that during this phone call i di ask for it i ask them to send me an audible copy of this so ican hear it for myself, but i am still waiting for this so call record ! what a coincidence me think.
and this is why i think they have slammed my broadband services as before this phone call i was very clear that i did not wanted internet by a big sounded NO i couldn;t be clearer .
then they w did say to me that i coudlnt have a cooling oof period as it was boefore my live go date towhich i replied you have never informed my live go date so it was impossible for me to cancel before . they do not care.
so i did what OFCOm suggest i have sent a letter of complaint to them before i go to Otello as their are refusing to bulge on their position. but wht annoy me the most i have to wait 12 weeks before doing anything why so long ?
i should have never contacted them in the first placeBSC number 1830
