Our Woolies still has a load of Woolworths playsets in store, they still want about £25 for them. I can't see many parents wanting to buy their kids a playset of a bankrupt store, but if it comes down a bit I may buy one as a collectors piece :PWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

:rotfl:I saw one of these the other week too! I nearly bought it too, untill I saw '2006' embroided on the front. This one was priced at £3.50 though

am gonna pop into town EARLY tomorrow in the hope that my Woolies (which closes christmas eve for good i think) has had some new stock delivered, I'd like to point out that im not a 'vulture' just someone trying to get the best price for the things i want to buy, the current finacial climate is making things harder for everyone, and i do fel sorry for the staff but there are plenty of other people in the same boat.I can only please one person a day.... Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either!!very greatful for almost everything i read on MSE (except for the nasties!)0

Well in true MSE style a good money saver could easily turn the 6 into an 8 with a needle and threadAKA: PC

They have last year's (2007) Bratz annual at £4.99, when you can get 2009 annuals for £3.50 - £3.99 at most places
.
They also have a box set of a toy and a video (vhs) of some bear story - can't remember the name which was about £20, and also Prisoner of Azkaban dvd plus a fluffy toy of the hippogriff for £30. I would have expected all 5 dvd's for that price!0 -
Mine had packs of twelve small bottles of coke for £12.00 each with a big sign on like it was a bargain when you can get twelve 2 litre bottles of coke for 12.00 also at asda!!! sheesh.0
