Hi, hope this kind of query has not already been answered!!
My bro-in-law has bought my 3 yr old some god awful bratz stuff only suitable for ages 6+. He has lost the receipt (idiot) and its from Woolworths (however it does say on the box its exclusive the the store only) Its faulty, where do I stand, can I return it? If so what can i expect as a refund? HELP!

Just because it's not to your taste and the wrong for a 3 year old does not mean it is faulty.
  • Keep it it could be worth a small fortune this time next year as due to a law suit they will sieze to exsist after end of this year :)

  • i can be ott if i wish its a free forum and woolworths has gone my daughter and sister are out of work so please leave my posts alone thanks
It's not over the top at all - my son will also be out of work when our local store closes. It's a shame we have posters like that on this forum.
  • Can Anyone Reccomend any stores that are near the Haslemere/Guildford Branch That Closed Yesterday. I need to find some nearby that still actually have something left in them!! Many thanks Jack
  • I was in the Woolworths in Moorland Rd in Bath today, its not due to close til the 5th Jan, but on the shelf they had only a few X Box 360 games, so we chose one took it to the till and the SA said he couldn't find it, so I asked what others he had and he brought out loads for us to choose from, PES 2009, Need for Speed, etc, all current chart games, so I asked if there were any Wii games as well and again he had loads so we got 2 of those, the X box games were 50% off but the Wii games were 75% off...they had Guitar Hero for Play Station and loads of X box and Wii accesories as well....

So if you cant see any it is probably worth asking at the counter....

I don't think the poster is saying it's faulty because because it's not suitable, I would imagine it actually has a fault with it
