consoleup.com...anyone else had problems

They delivered mine on wednesday this week, communication is not very good but at least it came so all is good, expect if you buy it will take more than the same day they advertise on the site!! HAPPY CHRISTMAS ALL0

Consoleup is an absolute joke.
I ordered my product on the 10th December, and it still says packing.
I can't submit a ticket, because the ticket thing will just not load.
Can anyone tell me how to contact them to request a full refund.0 -
I ordered a supercard from this firm on 29th November 2008 and surprise surprise it still hasn't arrived. The company took the payment immediately which foolishly I paid for on switch! The item was labelled as "in packing" where it stayed till the 11th December when it was marked "shipped".
I opened support tickets on the 8th, 16th, 20th and today and have had no reply what soever. Don't bother trying to phone either as no one answers.
I have read many reviews about this company and almost all of them are extreemly negative.
There are plenty of other places to shop that sell the same goods on offer as console up so I would use them before touching this shower.
I will let you know if I get any joy but I think I'm going to have to write off this one unless anybody out there can think of a way of getting my money back.0 -

Placed my order on December 2nd. After countless attempts using the 'ticket system', when it worked, one was answered yesterday with the response;
Apologies for the delayed reply to your order and ticket. From our records your order was shipped on the 19/12/08.
Once again our sincere apologies for the confusion and delay.

I sent two emails sent directly to the 'Andrew' guy, who still hasn't responded.
My order status was updated to packing on the 15th, then moved to shipped on the 19th
I finally received my goods yesterday 22nd.
Two other people I know of ordered from here, both now received their goods. One guy ordered after me and received his goods before me - so a bit of a lottery with this company.
I won't be using them again. Have to see if the product works next!0 -

I've also had the none pleasure of beating myself up at not checking reviews about consoleup.com before spending my money with them! The way they have screwed me over is a bit different to what most of you have gone through. I actually got my items and within the time as stated and I'm very pleased with the items but my order came to £70 which is for 2x m3 real ds chips and micro cards but consoleup thought it would be ok to take the £70 charge out my account twice so now what I thought was a good deal has now cost me £140 the cheeky F#'kers!!! (paid by debt card aswel).
Of course like the rest of you when trying to contact these !!!!!!!s your met with brick wall after brick wall and that's the way they like it hoping we will just admit defeat but I will chase them down if its the last thing I do and If I cant get my money back then I will at least make sure I cost them more than they took from me0 -
I think the consensus is to not use this company, use a reputable business eg play, GAME, gameplay, amazon0

Have used this company 4 times with no problem, They are always busy at xmas but still usually deliver promptly once order has gone to dispatch status. Tried to get a replacement after xmas and am still waiting for a reply to my "ticket" but have heard that these guys are a very small outfit so are not coping well with demand. Put off using them again.0

Last December 2008 I made two orders (one of them by mistake), I was buying a cycloDS evolution memory + 2Gb Micro SD Card, the price was £43.97 plus delivery charges of £2.99, making a grand total of £46.96 each.
When I was buying, and after I introduced the credit card number, the screen was frost and after 15 minutes appeared an error page, then I introduce again all my details as well as the card number, and it was the same, an error page appeared. Then I checked into my bank account and It had been charged, the same day, two cycloDS memories by WWW.CONSOLEUP.COM of £93.92.
Then I made my complaint through their web site (support tickets) but nothing. Since then I have not received any package, post, or e-mail from you. It has been 17 working days since then, I am asking them to cancel my orders and I want my money back. If I don’t receive my money back ASAP my credit card company will be informed for further advice.0 -
Yeh I've still not heard anything from these a..holes! I cant afford to have an extra £70 taken from my account and the wortst thing about it is when they took double the money from me they made me go overdrawn so then i got the bank charges aswel!!! I've contacted hsbc (my bank) and they said they could help but this process is going to take a long time. Its a shame because i got the items and in good time and would have used them again no problem but not if its going to cost me double! If you go to trading standards website you can do a website check to see if the company is legit enough to spend your money with and their check comes back with no good. A friend told me about this site as he has used it quite a few times with no problem but i can safely say i wont be passing this name to any of my friends. I understand people say they are a small outfit but surely if so many people use them they can afford to up the standards of customer service as without us they would'nt be a profit company. I've opened about 3 tickets now with no reply to any so it just shows how many tickets they have to read and for every ticket opened is a customer with a problem!!0
