I think it will be just a case of rest and fingers crossed. He is off the bute now. Honestly stupid git, I could just shake him. The lady who looks after him said he was 'cute' when he was feeling sorry for himself. Typical man that's what I say!

Still not a lot to report, still haven't done the paperwork, will do it first thing tomorrow. Also need to set up a 2009 file for bills, will be recycling one of the old lever arch filesMust also buy a wall calender, normally get the £1 version from Smiths, easiest way of seeing what's due when.
Going strong on using up the store cupboard/fridge stuff, currently have carrots roasting for roast carrot and corriander soup. Am also doing griddled aubergine and tomato in marscapone sauce, cunningly topped with the crazy shaped off cuts of puff pastry with grated parmesan!
Checked Quidco and it would appear I have £77 due soon, that'll be going off the card pronto!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

The leek and potato bake was great and there's a portion in the freezer! I'm not always very imaginative, it's just that there's quite a bit of food around and doesn't necessarily go together at first glance! but I'm determined to save a weeks shopping bill, if I can, it's hitting the card!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Consider it yours! after you've done the precarious scale balancing thing of course! I only say that 'cos I know how much cream is in it (still have another pot of the stuff to clear)
I like thinking of ways to cook things, not sure if I'll keep it up once I go back to work, that's when things tend to slip, I'm afraidTotal debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
