Oh I see, they are more likely to have a heart bypass if they need one, and get hip replacement when required, or get better cancer treatment.

Luckily, all this treatment doesn't cost anything because it is carried out by the fairies.

Add to that the time Bomb of the 1-2 bottle of wine a night club. But they do not drink cider like their underlings.

The dietry issue makes me angry. Firstly it is cheaper to eat freash veggies and wholesome food. If a parent is home all day then cooking should not be a problem.I have many a time looked at peoples shopping trolleys. Frankly, I wouldn`t want their diet.

Jesus carol perhaps we should kill them now.
Nothing against them obviously carol but you think they are scrounging, unhealthy, scum I personly dislike people who think their "Class" is better than somone else's.

I can't imagine how you misread my posts to that extent - or the article. Have you actually read the article yet?

"I personly dislike people who think their "Class" is better than somone else's" - well, at least there's ONE thing we strongly agree on. ;)

I agree pobby, I would also add the "middle classes" are more likely to send out for delivered food than their poorer counterparts.

Food intake or type as nothing to do with class.

Have you had a bad day, Really/realy/Really 2?

You're not normally so apt to jump to strange conclusions?

No just not happy when people make out that the lower classes are the cause of all spending.

Well I am confused as to my class.

I was born and brought up in middle class, had a middle class education and I had a very middle class salary and outlook on life right up until a few years ago.

Now by economics and societies view, I am lower class as I claim benefits.

    Confused? I am!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Anyone in their right mind is going to do their best for their children or their own health, but please save us from the sanctimonious drivel about the "poor" exclusivley working / fiddling the system.

I'm sure that to some extent educated, assertive and articulate people do get better treatment on the NHS.

For example, I was distinctly unhappy about some of the pre-natal care I was getting when pregnant with Isaac. So I made a fuss, wrote a couple of firm and polite letters, and got it sorted out.

Is that "fiddling the system", though?

Do read the article - that's not what it claimed at all - in fact somewhat the opposite.

Then get back and talk some sense.
