    Yep, glad you've got it sorted - that Egg loan must feel horrible to you..... tho for your sake I want you shot of *some* of those horribly high interest rates. But you have to do your dfw stuff in the way thats best for you - if it works, it works!

    But do your in-laws know that you are still paying off your disaster-house?
    (at least your debt was not acquired on embarrassing spends) Do they realise the extent of your debt? And are they supportive.
