    OK, but we have to have rules......

    1. What determines that you have reached the finish line? For me, it is obviously cleared balances....but "career" can be more loosely defined, and I don't want goalposts being moved.

    2. Regular coffee and chocolate breaks must be observed.

    3. I must win.

    I guess mine is...

    CIPD qualified (it's an entrenched number, that's June 2011)

    But I'd rather see if I can become an HR generalist in a retail, Architects or media company by around the end of 2010...

    Chocolate breaks are a necessity as I don't drink coffee :eek:
