Would it be worth you joining HSA for the glasses? The monthly premium obviously depends on the level of cover you want/need but may be worth checking out as I don't think there is a qualifying period and it would include chiropody too so maybe get your feet sorted too? They used to be on Quidco but I am sure it has stopped now but still double check if you are interested.
