Inky - I have a 20 mile race on 8th March - that is almost a marathon!!

You kept that quiet no wonder you are going for it even with the blisters. If that goes OK the marathon will be a breeze - you do realise it is only a month away?

Sounds like everyone has been busy busy busy with not so much good news recently!


Let's start the good luck train rolling! :T

I've been asked to be an audience member for Ant and Dec's Saturday night takeaway where I have been shortlisted with about 40 others to potentially play the "Win the ads" competition! So I've been swotting up on the old entertainment and news and stuff! :rotfl: It also means I've had to cancel all my Valentine's Day plans with the OH. That's the advantage of being gay, we don't have the mood swings all my friends of the straight couple variety seem to suffer at the hands of the woman! :beer:

Lots of family issues, job issues not resolving themselves and I'm always tired at the moment me and I seem to be spending any money I make but all in all, I've been pretty good!


So fingers crossed for Saturday and people might see Walshy on telly! :rolleyes:

Just popped in to say that I have got my first mystery shop! I had applied for about 8 before I got it so I am really pleased. It only pays $13 but I get a free juice as it is in juice bar.

I just wanted to say thanks Hypno as I didn't know such a thing existed before I started to read your diary.

Are you still doing them? You don't seem to mention them very much.

Pouring with rain today - can't wait for the wet to finish - roll on the dry!

ok hi all
not a good day here,got 3hrs sleep last night been up since 4am ish
oh still very bad with the flu dispin every 3hrs is keeping it under control hopefully it will break today!!
elvin had me up all day,just winging non stop my head was splitting,, he had about 3 x 20min sleeps so the house is upside down,,and god knows what es(5yrs)has eaten today he just kept raiding the fridge,but at least there's not any junk food in their!!
i fell sleep at 6.30 pm and woke up at 8.45 he'd curled up next to me on the settee and put his blanket over us both,,,,little pet
now im awake and the rest of the world has gone to bed????

hi llamahead - congrats on the mystery shop - they have all but dried up in our area which is very frustrating - I have only done two very small ones this year. GAH!!!

DT, yes, a month away - (and a short month at that) - hence the increased milage this week :eek:
