Vali - Only you know whether or not you'd be better on your own or not, could a friend go with you instead or do you want to be on your own?

Mudders - I know you're not home yet but all being well you're on the road to recovery now. When you're bored and reading what you've missed I hope you smile to know I was still thinking of you.

Been to the panto with the school today - Jack and the Beanstalk and it was great - I love panto. DS3 seems better today but DS1 was off school feeling sick and dizzy.

No flying done but nearly finished my dalies.

Tomorrow I intend to do all 3 kids bedrooms and Sunday we will be deccing the Halls tra la la la la la la.

SarahSh - sorry to hear the news about the little one. But hopefully all will come right in the end. Positive vibes coming from this part of the world too
Dusty - I'm glad DS3 is a bit better - I was thinking about him this afternoon for some odd reason!

Well, Christmas shopping has actually started! Just stocking fillers but at least it's started. I've also done Mr. T as well and got some Christmas bits in. I'm now pooped and off next door for gin and gossip very shortly

Thank you everyone for the support - I haven't gone over to the nursing home today after all. I rang my sister, who was in bed feeling very unwell and she said that they had called her several times during the night, wanting to call an ambulance, as Mum's blood sugar levels were so high. However, as it would mean being admitted through A&E and last year that meant almost a whole night stuck on a trolley in some corner, my sister said no, leave it until the morning. So, she was admitted to hospital straight into a ward this morning, and one of the nursing home staff went with her. I think it has been tests etc much of today. I have also spoken to my brother, and he's taking my father in this evening, and then will ring me. Mum has an infection of some kind, they don't know what yet and a high temperature, she's very weak.

All plans up in the air at the moment, but I hope to go over tomorrow afternoon, unless I have to rush over suddenly.

All selfishly wrapped up in myself and my family today - but Sarah, you and your friend and her DS are still in my thoughts, and mudbath, you are too, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon!

ps I cleaned the bathroom this afternoon...such good therapy when I'm stressed!

    Hello

I haven't caught up with thread and probably just won't get chance to this week sorry girls but its rough my end this week. I have done a little flying thorughout the week but its been so hard just to get myself motivated.

As some are aware my aunt is very ill and has very litte time here with us, she has lasted longer than anticipated and is quite comfortable considering.
But the shocker for is all is one of my close friends who i work with was taken to hospital yesterday morning, she has pneumonia, we went to hospital to see her and she doesn't look herself, well she wouldn't, she is on ICU with a tube down her throat and wires all over. Now her heart is under strain and she has septaceamia. I am so upset right now words just cannot describe how i feel. I have to go to work tonight, i should be there now but as i have childcare issues i am going in late. They were brilliant and said i dont have to but it means there will be only 2 cleaners and its alot of work for them if i don't go in. We all feel the same as we are all very close. So that about sums up my week at the minute.

OH is home tonight so i plan to do the downstairs when i get in from work, having someone to talk to while i clean may help stop my tears(i have an issue showing my emotions face on)

I will pop back on tonight and go through the lists to see what i have missed and i am sure it will be a massive help as i am just not thinking straight at all. Hopefully i may get an hour if i manage to get cleaned up to catch up on eveyrthing else on here.

    Hugs all xx
