McDonald's meals are made from 100% beef but that 100% of beef is actually 15% beef.
Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"

    NANDO's

a deliciously expensive way of getting heart problems!!!

apparently a survey in Canada showed some NANDO's meal had almost double the calories than a McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC

(i can see why they give NHS employees the disc - more business there way :):D

please tell us more.. I like Nandos and thought chicken was healthier than burgers :(

Is that new then? I have a paramedic and a police officer in my group of friends, and last time we went, they had the same discount, but that was quite a bit back.

From what I understand, the portions were not based on uk sizes and the problem is the chips :P

The burgers and chicken themselves are perfectly healthy
