    You mean the odeon?

Possibly, not sure it's always been an odeon, it's right at the top of five ways I think, ages since I've had to work my way around birmingham. There's a tesco up there (to stock up on pre cinema food)
  • Thats the one I normally go to and they always say they don't have any cards and just look blankly at me like i'm asking a really absurd question !

    Yeah.

Its like saying its dishonest to order a meal each for the same table and pay seperately (taken it over £4.95 for a stamps worth) and to get a stamped each for each of our loyalty card.

    ummmmmmm its magic.

No it's not. The free refill drink is clearly for 1 person.

as you can clearly read I was talking about the food. Ive done it around 80 times now with the wife and not once have I been asked anything remote in say ''why do you have one drink between you''.

its perfectly fine to do the ordering stamp technique.

You ask for for your meal, table 6. you pay £7 etc, get it stamped straight away. The wife or friend's right behind you, table 6, they pay £9 etc, they get there loyalty card stamped too. Both of you smiling, both of you ordered over the presumed £4.79 amount.

Logics behind it: How can Nando's prove that I am not a greedy hubby and I dont, really dont like buying my wifes meal whatsoever (plus its non of their business) OR better, that Ive only got enough money in the bank to cover my one meal. They have no cover. Its keeping with the T&C's and its been exploited.

The 1 drink for 2 is really up to people but everyone should be doing this to gain as many stamps as possible = free chicken. :rotfl:

You could even buy something over £60 then get it stamped once. The other person gets 2 drinks and a nata (lovely these are) that comes up to £5.99 and get theirs stamped.

Do they actually let you do that? All the stamps we get are dated (though we share a platter thing anyway)

you need to have a loyalty card each, so the date doesn't matter

a deliciously expensive way of getting heart problems!!!

apparently a survey in Canada showed some NANDO's meal had almost double the calories than a McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC

(i can see why they give NHS employees the disc - more business there way :):D

which meals was the survey comparing though?

1/4 chicken + spicy rice + corn smothered in butter
might be full of calories but it's good honest food!

Gimme Nando' over Mackie Dees any day!!!!
