Over on PePiPoo one contributor's mother is so worried that he is saying that he might pretend to pay the parking company, but actually send the £75 to the earthquake appeal.

Britannia have just PCN'd a boss in the local authority I work for for using our own loading bay! The thick div is now querying their appeal as they have not read the letter. No shinola Sherlock! I think instead of appealing we should be hitting the company with a claim for aggravated trespass on our properly and attempted fraud.

That's a shame he was just starting to post some sensible comments. Lets hope the new bfg will continue posting like post 984

Perhaps his telephone is incapable of making calls to the Parking and Legal Departments.

I do wonder at the skills displayed by local government, and I use the the word 'skills' in completely the wrong sense - to quote Mr Fry

Wonder no more for every three conscientious hard working public servants in local government there is one grossly incompetent space cadet and one time serving waster to let the side down. Probably higher ratios of chaff in some departments.

Hi, Im new to these forums and am glad I have found it!

I got a PCN from a private company just before xmas, it was the second one i have received but managed to get rid of the first. I unfortunatley didnt ignore them and e-mailed to say i refuse to pay it as i genuinely believe it was wrongly issued.

I thought id got away with the second one too until i received a debt letter from a company called Roxburghe Debt Collectors! I have an e-mail ready to send them but haven't yet after reading through these threads.....

Any ideas on what i should do???
