Well as mentioned, completely ignore them as the tickets are not enforceable at all, its a scam to part you with your hard earned cash, if you get any debt collector or solicitors letters they are bogus and should be ignored as well. Don't pay them a single penny.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Also they are lying on their homepage, they have it as pay penalty charge notice <pcn>, I believe that is actually illegal as only councils can issue those.

Did you hear the one about a clamper taking a restaurant to court because they had put on signs warning people not to park in a spot of private land next to the restaurant because of the clampers parking nearby ready to make a move if someone parks up to pick up their takeaway?

The court said ""The claim is struck out as disclosing no reasonable grounds for bring proceedings. It is not tortious to warn people of vehicle clamping operating in a car park."

The above goes to prove that clampers look upon their "profession" as a pure money-making exercise, and nothing to do with stopping people from parking where shouldn't.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • I received a parking ticket on saturday whilst parking in McDonalds carpark in Southall Middlesex. Didn't see any glaring signs that indicated I would be fined if I did not purchase anything. Went off to the cash machine and when returning to the car park, saw men putting tickets on several cars in the car park. My immediate thought was - oh god - hope I haven't got a ticket. Well... I had. I jumped out of the car and the guy said "you can't park here if you haven't purchased anything". My reply was "We were going to go in for a burger but I needed to get money". His response was "well you left the site". Disgustingly, my partner and I got in the car and drove off. I went on the internet this morning ready to pay and when typing in their internet address, it shows up as 'under construction'. It was then that I saw all the responses saying - do not pay private car parking!. I'm a little nervous about not paying - are you sure? Please let me know

Please don't fall into the trap of paying these scammers for a ticket that is NOT enforceable at all, they will send you threatening letters saying they will take you to court etc etc, and they will get bogus debt collectors and solicitors demanding payment, ignore them all as its part of their scam, just file the ticket and letters away when you get them, and just get them out when you are feeling depressed so you can have a laugh at the scammers ;)

Also tell your friends and family about this scam, and tell them never to pay PPC tickets, the only ones you must deal with are from the council or police.

No, we're not sure. After all millions of people have been successfully taken to court.

However all the court records have been deleted and all that remains are ones where the giant lizards from space have actually changed it to look like the PPC lost.

You need to send the fine to me [via Western Union] and I will sort it all out.
