    My mum has one of the ruby and millie OOTW. She has decided she prefers the NO7 OOTW.

    She doesnt have the receipt anymore.

    If she returned it to store would they credit her with £50? The full price of the R&M set.

    So that she can exchange it for the No7 OOTW and get a few other bits to make it up to the £50.

    Also if she did this would the till give her the bonus points that are happening this weekend??

    I have just been to use all my BLUE HAIRCARE vouchers on the small JOHN FRIEDA FRIZZ EASE.

    1 SA said NO, can't cos it's a MINI, gave her a *mega pout*

    1 SA said I'LL TRY, worked, was not impressed though, I gave her a *pout*

    1 SA said NO, called over a manager, who said NO too, I gave her a *super mega pout*

    So watch out if you try to do this. Might not work! Took in all my BLUES, only used one! Tsk!

    6) I'm intending to just say "Bought these, they make me itch like crazy. I'd like to return them." Is that enough?

    I just like to know the drill so I can sweep in confidently. In my experience some SAs will eat you alive if you display the slightest sign of doubt over the store refund procedure, lol. All input welcome!

    When I bought mascara that made my eyes swell up i e mailed customer services first and they sent me a code to take in to store so that I got no hassle from SA. In fact they were very nice and gave me a customer survey to fill in

    Just the other day, someone said they had the above vouchers to swap. I'm interested in them. PM me whoever it was or whoever else wants to swap. I have 2 x 250 extra points when you buy ANY NO 7 and and I will probably get some more BLUES in soon. Cheers.

    Also, can someone tell me how much the NO 7 bathing robe/dressing gown thing is and if it is online on BOOTS.COM as both my Mom and Dad want one. Cheers.

They will give you the store price, they will scan it and give you back whatever price shows up on the screen. You can be honest or just play dumb, up to you.

No gift card honey. They will tell you go and get something else to exchange it for. Have a good think about what you want beforehand, as it is stupid running around the store thinking of things you may want.

However, I got a troll when I took some NO 7 For Men stuff back with red blotches all over my face. The SA was like "What is the problem again?" I was like "Look at the face woman! It's clear for all to see". Pah!

    Don't be frightened at all. Some SA's are complete trolls, but most of them are super nice. At the end of the day, if the product is not right for you, you are entitled to a refund.

    Last time I encountered this I replied "it's not a mini, its handbag sized, and it worked the other day - can you try it" - BIG smile (and its always gone through )

  • My Boots card arrived this morning, been waiting since October when signed up online, then 2 weeks ago phones Free CS line, stated no record, so signed me up there and then. So 2 official weeks to get to me. Now just need to pop in store and add the 4920 points earned onlinefor 3 transactions.

    If I take back a jemma Kidd brush set do you think they'd part exchange it fot the no7 OOTW? I haven't got a receipt.
