There's a point. Which means even if they only refund me for the unopened one I'm still ahead of the game.

Also good point about asking security as I go in as to where to do returns, plus being ready to do a straight swap for other shopping. Would rather have a credit note to use in the sale though!!

You can always ask if they will do a refund on to a giftcard but I've never been given the choice even when I've asked?

My OH has pointed out I can just stock up on nit treatment, lol. We seem to be getting recurrent waves of them at the school at the moment. Bring back the county-wide Bug Busting weeks!

Can't use any vouchers when buying with points, sorry. You can get any relevant GWP though.

No they aren't keen on giving the giftcards, and I think it's because a lot of them don't know how do do them on the tills, but if you insist then they shouldn't argue as CS will tell you this is an option when returning goods without a receipt.

No receipt = Run round the shop and find something else to exchange it with. They no longer do gift cards. I asked when I took nasty No 7 For Men stuff back when I got red marks all over my gob.

I just like to know the drill so I can sweep in confidently. In my experience some SAs will eat you alive if you display the slightest sign of doubt over the store refund procedure, lol. All input welcome!
My advice - think on your feet and lie thru your teeth! ;)

Seriously, you'll be fine if you've had a reaction.

Phone Customer Care first if in doubt and you'll get a ref number which will help in store if you get a crabby SA.

ok cool. I do have my reciept, but I bought this £20 item on an xmas night and I dont want them to take away my bonus points, so I was gonna say no reciept, no AC... I dunno if I'd keep them with the reciept or not, I'm actually spending more lol...
Spend your points and then return the goods - it's very difficult for them to take the points off then! (But they don't like it of course!)
