Can you buy Amazon vouchers in small amounts?Signature removed for peace of mind0

I've spent the main part of the money ordering things on line rather than in local shops, as the cards are swipe only, not chip and pin.
Probably not as good a solution as Amazon vouchers for you as you have several cards and are happy to spend online. However, it is sometimes possible to swipe in a physical store.
ASDA self-service machines are able to accept swipe cards and accept a mixture of cash and a card. Knowing the sum to be paid and the value of a card first enter cash for the total bill minus the value of a card then use the card to pay the remainder. No doubt the same dodge will work elsewhere. (I've never tried swiping anything other than ASDA's own gift cards but the machines offer the facility to swipe "if your card does not have a chip". I have used a mixture of cash and chipped card successfully.)0 -

Thanks for all the help. I've now got £7.53 in Amazon vouchers I'll use towards Kindle books which leaves me with just 37p on one of the pre paid cards.
I need to buy a tin of tomatoes at the local shop later, so I'll see if I can use it there towards that, lol!0 -

Cashplus allows a secondary card to be issue for over 13's. Sign up, get the card, order the secondary card and out the main card away and allow your daughter to run the account.
http://www.mycashplus.co.uk/cashplus-extras/additional-cards.aspxYou can have up to four additional prepaid cards and there are no additional monthly or annual costs once you’ve bought them.
Safe way for kids over 13 to pay
Load pocket money onto the card’s account
Protect your children from the risk of carrying cash
If the card’s lost or stolen we can replace it and the money on it, as long as the card’s been used in line with the Terms and Conditions
Keep track of where money is being spent instantly online, by phone or text====0 -
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
I've just got a Cashplus card and signed up for Creditbuilder. I wanted to set up a direct debit to pay the £4.95 every month but there doesn't seem to be an option to do this.. Do I just make sure the balance is over £4.95 every month so they take it from that...???!0
