i have just heard from someone who works in toys r us that woolworths are going to have a day soon that they are selling everything for a pound!!!
they cannot afford to keep open anymore and need to get rid of stock.. no date so that there are no stampedes. do not know if this is only a rumour but i am certainly going to keep my ear top the ground as so to speak!!!!

OMG !!!!! I swear I had a dream about this a few nights ago ............. everything in woolies for £1 (in my dream I bought loads of board games and toys) ..................... I thought it was just my overactive imagination (and wishful thinking) ................ or just reading too much on the MSE forums. Lets see if this actually comes true (I hope so)0 -

I'm still friends with my ex manager and have it on good authority that Woolies will be open well into January0 -
