    Morning all,

Don't think i'm going to pay anymore off this week as i need to put it aside for the big bills next week, did ring the mortgage company friday and thats gone down so the arrears will be paid off by March and that will be another £232 to throw at the debt which as i keep telling myself will be an additional £2088 next year to throw at my target of £17k (possibly more as another 1% might come off by then end of the week!) :j

Ooh only 3 months and you are serious debt busting! Great news!

  • £35.22 paid off the Sky card today (£26 min payment + £9.22 from last weeks food budget).... hoping the rest wil BT in the next week or so as I got accepted for a 0% Halifax BT... a week after being rejected by them for a different one:confused: Perhaps its because the interest rate on this one is 21.9% Good job I'm only using it for the 0% :)

Keeping track of my spends well this month, so at the end of each week I can pay off any spare money thats left from various budgets.... well thats the plan anyway!

Welcome aboard cady! Mizmir will add you and your (soon to be diminished!) total to the front page when she gets back at the end of the week (or over the weekend) in the meantime debt bust away with the best (*cough* and worst *cough*) of us

I hope you bright people can help me - I am near the max on my CC (limit is 2,500 and I am currently at £2,445), if they say the minimum payment is for instance £50 then I am guessing that is any interest so if I pay ANYTHING at all over this then this is off the capital and the bill goes down.

    Am I right on this?
