    Hi sparky :hello:

Sorry i've taken ages to reply, hmmmn, no, no the pensioner didn't have hairy legs and she wasn't very short:rotfl: . She was in fact a snooty old lady with a fur hat and a fur coat to match, looked like she was from the posh end of London(:rotfl: haha i sound so common:rotfl: ). She was so stuck up and if looks could kill i would have been murdered twice over
Anyhoo, few more clunks in penny and silver jar, my pound jar is getting no action of late so when i get paid i will put some in there as it really does need saving :D
    ..xx

    Hey JS,
You know the old saying don't you "fur coat no knickers :rotfl: :rotfl: ", the miserable old c*w probably wanted to boost her own savings lol. You know me I'd have wafted the road change under the sour womans nose :D .
I haven't had any £2 coins for ages, then on Saturday I get 5of the little b*ggers  . Just getting ready to take the pup for her walk and look for road change ;)

£10 in £2 coins since last Thursday for me but i am seriously debating opening the tin.

Me and OH really want to save for our house but with my ISA now only at 2% I am thinking i am needing to be putting all I can in it!

Not sure though as could use tin savings for when we have house...decisions decisions.

I only managed until Sept last year in this challenge but this would be a huge achievement quitting this early! :p
Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month
  • I saw my first bit of road kill today :T it was a 10p and everything :T (well the first bit since I saw the penny in the rain)

But I was too far away and someone else swooped on it before me (to be fair it was a market trader and it was right by his stall so it probably was actually his) :(

But at least I saw some, that must be half the battle, now I just have to get to it before anyone else - baby steps....
