I have a confession to make.
    I opened my tin on friday:o .
Not entirely my fault tho. My little un was putting some change in it and dropped it on the floor and the bottom split open (it was only a cheap one mind). Anyhoo i had £130 plus change in it:eek:. I couldnt believe it. I've bagged up what i can to go in bank and the rest i've put in a new tin. The money is going towards buying a new car so that will deffo help.

    Hi all,

Sorry not to have posted in the last few days, I haven't done a runner, honest! - been busy with work.
Thanks for the warm welcome, I have updated my sig and made a start.
Sealed tin is fully operational and started off with £6.37 change from my purse, all the coppers from OH's change dish :shhh: (don't tell him tho!) and some odd coppers from a money box from years ago lol.
After reading many of the posts, Out of curiosity, I've done a separate tin for roadkill and started that with 5p yesterday, with embarrased whispers of "hay, don't do that" from OH :D . Start as you mean to go on, I say!
I'm not going to aim for a total or keep track with how much is in there, I want a surprise for Christmas x
    SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
    SPC 9 (2016) #485 TOTAL £84
    SPC 10 (2017) # 485 TOTAL: £464.80
    SPC 11 (2018) #485
  • Morning all. Well, I counted up piggy-wig and had £181 in total, which I'm gonna pay into the bank tomorrow and then move over to my ISA:beer:

I don't think I'm doing as well as last year though so have just liberated a golden coin from hubby's pantaloons to give my pottie a boost.:p
    Save me from spending...
