  • I found a 20p coin in my daughter's bedroom this morning which went in the tin!

    I had a fruitless day for change whilst out shopping so I decided to relieve my purse of £4 worth of 50p pieces and one lone pound coin to try to keep on target :o

    £1 in 20p's into the pot for me today. Found them in a bag in glove compartment of my car. No idea how long they've been there :D

    Nothing in the pot so far today...although i'm taking OH out later and may try and get some "petrol" money out of him...little does he know that it'll go straight in the pot!! :rotfl:

    Hope everyone is having a great Saturday....

    l raided my DDs blazer and put in all the money in the tin - have told her l am going to do this weekly there was about £2.50 and then l found £1.00 on her bedroom floor this went in as well.Not a bad days collecting for me but l'm sure the family will get wise to my money minesweeping and will hide it from me soon.

    chicken egg i would put the money in just think of it as already spent any money i have that i normally would of spent goes straight in.;)

    well £1.70 for me today change from shopping and wait for it 1p roadkill i was so proud of myself lol :o . not quite up to sparky and stuntys standard yet but iv got nearly a year to practice.:rotfl:
