woolworths-on line ordered items received?

I was told via e-mail that my goods had been dispatched, that was over a week ago, I rang the number 08448117111 which i found on this forum.
I was told my items had been dispatched but i wouldn't get them as they've been sent back by the couriers, and offered me a refund, i am very relieved, my order was only £50 but i am a single parent & this has caused me a lot of worry, I really thought i wouldn't see my money again but thanks to people posting their advice on here alls ok, thankyou everyone xx

i'd had the despatch email too, delivery was due last Friday 28th Nov.

emailed them yesterday, [EMAIL="customer.services@woolworths.co.uk"]customer.services@woolworths.co.uk[/EMAIL] & have had a reply back ([EMAIL="customer.relations@woolworths.co.uk"]customer.relations@woolworths.co.uk[/EMAIL]) today with the same info as others, not fulfilled & refund to be done.

pretty good CS during a time when they must be having many problems...

i take that back about good CS!

just checked my credit card & i've received a refund LESS the delivery charge of £4.95

anyone else had the same problem?

Just checked my refund and it works out right for me altho they did it in two transactions,one for the price of my item and another for the delivery price.

Had my refund, which was interesting as the order contained 11 items, so refunded each item individually and a £4.95 refund for the delivery. So all adds up to the correct amount.
