woolworths-on line ordered items received?

the thing is, if they cant fulfil the orders, will they refund the amount we paid?? the money as taken from my account on the day i ordered (22nd) and i didnt get an email until the 24th to say it was despatched, their automated service says my parcel is with the couriers and should be delivered on the 28th, of nov,

nothing received yet
i can buy the item elsewhere but i just need to know whether i will get the item, or a refund, its so frustrating!

I have just spoken to Customer Services for Woolies. Lady said Administrators should be making a decision by the end of this week as to whether orders will be despatched or monies refunded. Fingers crossed everybody!

I just rang to ask what is happening with my parcel which was sent out last wednesday and they basically couldnt tell me anything and was told to ring back tomorrow or friday.

I personally feel sorry for the thousands of people not knowing whether they will have a job by the end of the year and worst still whether they will even get paid!!!! Its a dreadful situation I have a number of friends who work in stores and in head office that unfortunately know very little about the situation.
I just hope every1 gets there orders they have paid for and all those poor people get paid their wages!

I just had an email to say my item is going to be refunded and to expect the refund to be in my account in 3 days!

Still no email or delivery, ordered on 8th, despatched on 16th was down to be delivered on the 2nd.
Always wondered who they used as a courier, that was going to take them two weeks to deliver.
I was wondering if they were buying abroad and shipping in?
