woolworths-on line ordered items received?

Hi just wondered if anyone has received any of their outstanding Woolies orders in the last week or so. I have an order due to come today 1/12. Amount billed to my card last week & now have no idea were to chase next. Web & phone offering no assistance. Amount less than £100 which doesn't help.Can anyone offer any ideas please?

sorry, no advice from me - i'm in the same boat
mine was an online order 23.11.08 with an email 25.11.08 advising despatched & expect to receive by Fri 28th.
nothing arrived, & we currently have no website, no phone no. on order info, just email from the site...
i've read on various other forums about delivery vans being stopped as their bills haven't been paid, which means no incoming stock & no customer deliveries.
would be nice to know where we stand at the moment. i paid with credit card so am hopefull the money won't be lost, but i need to know if the item is coming or not as it's a christmas present.0 -

Goods ordered, money (just under £100) taken from account, delivery due today.
My wife has phoned the despatch company who have the item but they have been told not to deliver anything.
She then went to Woolworths who told her they would not refund the money back onto the card.
No further advice was given.
If anybody has any good ideas to what action should be taken it would be very helpful.0 -
I am also waiting for a pracel that should have been delivered on the 25th.
I emailed them and I did get a reply with a number to phone this week, having phoned them this morning I didn't get alot of joy as they are saying they cannot access customer accounts. I told the girl my parcel had been dispatched but I believed that some of the couriers were not delivering for them anymore.She told me most couriers were still delivering and if the parcel is returned to Woolworths they will find another way to get it to me.
I have spoken to a friend this morning who is a courier and she said they had an email last week telling them not to deliver anymore Woolies parcels however this morning they have received another one telling them they can deliver them up until Christmas.
So I expect are parcels are going backwards and forwards!0 -

The delivery company phoned my wife to book the delivery in for today and left their number.
That's a good idea, I'll try and find out where they are located and see if a pick up is possible.

I am chasing a DVD I ordered and havent received. Phoned them again this morn after being told to wait till Monday to chase it and have been told that they can't refund or replace the item at the moment. So what do I do now?0

Apparently couriers have been told to send Woolies parcels back, ive hear it mentioned on a few forums.0
