    This really is awful.

    Luckily I got both my DVDs I ordered on the 25th November, before it all went pear shaped.

    Parcelnet couriers received a memo on Friday telling them to return any items from Woolworths, this morning another telling them to deliver as normal.

    thanks Sadie

    looks like we have another @rse & elbow type of operation going on here then! :rolleyes:

    hopefully, based on the latest email, we'll get some deliveries...i won't hold my breath, just in case!

    I had an order that was due to be delivered on the 28th and it did actually arrive. Although upon checking my e-mails it seems an order last year failed to arrive on the due date. Woolworths response was to allow another 5 days. It did turn up. So fingers crossed everyone

    Reply to e-mails I sent;

    Parcelnet - even after I told them that it is not possible to contact Woolworths!!
    Hello,

    Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this as we do not deal with these enquiry's through this email.

    I would advise you contact the Company with whom you placed the order and advise them accordingly. Who will raise an enquiry with parcelnet directly.

    Kind regards
